With rich experience in semiconductor team management, he is also an experienced leader and entrepreneur, serving as the chairman of multiple associations.
Weiliang Xie
Production Plant Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the crystal manufacturing industry in Taiwan, he has extensive experience in production research and development and management, cultivating more than 10 production management talents, laying a solid foundation for KYX’s development. He efficiently handles issues during the development of new products, accelerating the research and development progress.
Rotating CEO
KYX implements a rotating CEO system, where rotation occurs every quarter or half-year, with each rotation selecting department heads as candidates. The company’s goal is to develop each executive into a capable individual, allowing every executive to have a deep understanding of the company’s development and better execute the chairman’s decisions.

Since KYX’s establishment in 2008, he has been deeply involved in the crystal oscillators industry alongside the chairman. Over the past decade, he has continuously improved his professional skills and ensured the quality of the company’s products. At KYX, every crystal oscillator is vital, and the quality of each crystal is crucial to the company’s reputation. During his over 10 years at KYX, he has trained over 30 professional talents, providing reliable assurance for the quality and after-sales service of the company’s products.
